charges to my account
They offered to give us 7 days free and they charged my card the same day and not 7 days later as they explained. I made a claim and they don't want to give my money back. additionally the apps is not appropriate for my son.
Tons of errors
I was very excited to have my daughter do something other than watching YouTube all day. Until, I watched her play and they were saying her answer(s) were wrong even though they were right. DO NOT trust this app to teach your children properly. But the idea could work out if it was executed properly.
Cannot restore purchase
I did a seven day trial and forgot to cancel so now I have $100 app that I cannot access. I have tried reaching out to the developer through email and was told that the email is not accessible. I contacted Apple, and was told that there was no recourse for a refund, so now I have $100 children’s app that I cannot use because of a defect in the app.
Reading writing sections
Very limited options on writing sections, for 1st grade writing word options should be there, only A to Z options I can see and my kid bored by writing same thing .
A little game changer in the house
Since downloading Smart Tales, my kids' mood has changed. They are more engaged and do not cry when it's time to get off the tablet.
Alert🚨
They charge me a whole year whit out asking like they said on there web page. There is no way they can reach them. The email that post to reach them is not valid.
