I had to re-register. I submitted all the info of my incoming trip to Spain and need to ad the personal info of friend traveling with me but the system is frozen, does not show my info

All white screen
When I log into the app with login.gov, the screen is all white and I can’t see any of my trips. I have to use my web browser in order to login in order to use that functionality. I have updated my operating system and the app as far as I know so I don’t know why it’s doing this.
STEP not working
I have been using the STEP portion for years. Trying to login in for the last two days and it just won’t work. Don’t know what they did but they messed it up.
STEP is not opening
After entering backup code, STEP does not open. Facial recognition did not work either :( I’ve been using STEP for years but recently it’s becoming increasingly frustrating and inoperable.
Step not working
The Step function in my Smart app is not loading properly after in put in the login info
Completely Broken
This app used to work perfectly. Setting up trips in the STEP section was a little tedious but it worked fine. Now that section of the app doesn’t work at all. Don’t bother wasting your time until this gets fixed.
Not intuitive App
I tried adding countries I’m planning to visiting through the STEP program and it said it would take 20 minutes and not sure if I even made it through step 1!
Recommend
I highly recommend this to anyone traveling over seas.
Why Can’t Anything Work on this App?
The worst app ever!
STEP portion does not work.
Since the switch to login.gov, The STEP portion DOES NOT work. The app lets you go through the sign in process and then NOTHING. As such, This app is worthless. Just delete it and use the website. At least that works.
