Smart TV remote for Samsung HQ

Downloaded this app because I’ve broken my remote. And you need the remote to accept this app on your tv so absolutely pointless app for lost or broken tv remote

You cannot use the app without paying, it stated 3 day trial then £39.99 annually so I wanted to try the trial I purchased it and it took the £39.99 out of my account straight away without a trial. Requested a refund will never use or recommend this app to anyone

Stated 3 day trial then 39.99 annually. I downloaded to try it, it wasn’t comparable with my TV and they took 39.99 out instantly. No trial at all and I’ve been charged lots of money for an app I can’t use. Not happy.

Hassles you to subscribe right from the start, and then once you find your way past that, the second as you try to add a new TV it takes you back to the subscription page and asks for your Apple Pay details. Absolutely useless app unless you’re prepared to pay £5 a month for a subscription. I’m not. Uninstalled
