Awful
Unfortunately since downloading and paying for this app in November, we have been unable to use it for our new TV. While we have managed to be connected, the app won’t actually let us do anything. We would like a refund for the app.

I purchased this App, for $25. Thinking I could use it for my Samsung HW930D, "soundbar". Had I known this App will "only" work. With a Samsung or LG, tv. To utilize the soundbar settings. Seeing how, as I own a "Sony" tv. I would have never purchased it. This is only mentioned, "after" you purchase the App. Ripped off, scammed, mislead? Absolutely...

What the helll
I bought the Ffffffffffffing TV then I want to use the app and you want more money from me!!! There is a special place in you know where for whoever thought this bullllll up. Absolutely the worst, in my opinion!
Not great
Casting doesn’t work at all- I wanted to be able to cast an art photo and leave that on my screen- nope, Also the App has to reconnect to wifi every time I open it- so you can’t quickly use the remote. Don’t waste your money, I made a big mistake buying this!

Fed up with the solar remote.
The reason I use it is when the solar remote is not working (which is more often than not). I have 3 Samsungs and NONE of the remotes work. I tried calling their help centre and the guy was rude. I told him I couldn’t get a serial number for one of the TV’s at this time so he gave me a number to text him. When I did (about a day later) he never responded back. So I thought I would use the app. It works decent when you can use it BUT you have to have the solar remote working to accept using this app! Defeats the purpose for me. I went back to the store I bought the TV’s from and they said it was past a certain amount of time (I think 3 months) I could try calling Samsung or buy one of their big and bulky remotes for $80 CAD. I WAS EVEN A SUCKER AND BOUGHT THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY! This may be my last Samsung TV. I gave the app 2 stars only because when you can get it working it’s decent. Remember, after a while you have to allow the app to work again! I tread thinking about being on hold and getting not results from their call centre somewhere in far away.
Garbage don’t work
Had to download it for a hotel tv and only way to make it possibly work is by paying
