The app no longer works
I’ve had the Apple App for over 2 years, but haven’t had to use it since I installed the Speed Control Dial. My controller stopped working last night and I was left stranded. I tried to use the app on my watch but it was no longer available on my watch or my phone. When I searched the App Store, I can see the app listed but I can’t do anything with it. I can see that the app was Purchased, but it doesn’t allow me to do anything but forward the 4 screenshots provided by the manufacturer when they uploaded the app to the store. Not having a way to operate the SmartDrive is not only frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Customers pay a pretty penny for this unit, we deserve a usable app or switches that won’t leave us stranded.
