In Settings > Transport value can’t be set. Whatever options user can opt (Lan/Internet/Intelligent), in the next restart of the app will reset that to INTELLIGENT option. Tried many times with different iPhone model. Every time it’s being reset. Please check. Thanks.

Bad product 1. You can’t do delay actions 2. Ifttt not supported 3. Siri Shortcuts not available

I am using it’s different products since last 5 years. No complaints at all. Once a switch malfunctioned during warranty and it was quickly replaced. I am controlling 36 devices in our home through these switches. It’s integration with Alexa is very smooth and flawless.

Using this product for last couple of years and the product is so good to use and the latest app update fulfilled the requested one. Now we can turn off and on multiple switches in one go !! Thank you team and looking forward for the future updates.

I have been using smarteefi’s 40 smart switches for more than 4 years. I am satisfied with the functionality of the app's latest 2022 update.

The new app makes it easier to use as it does organise the various switches.

I am using this product from more than 3 years. I am happy with product as well app. But if you need suggestion to improve your product. I would like to suggest some points which I feel will help us to use this app with more easy way. 1. Add custom image option from photo album which can be real image of our product. 2. UI can be design more beautifully bcoz now it is giving gradient colours shade display feeling. 3. Power usage option is good in new app but if it can do proper calculation of costing as per our electricity bill than it will be good to know which switch is taking how much unit and costing. Like in bill we get minimum unit with minimum charges later as unit increase the rate of charges also increase in electricity bill. The bill work with slab option. 4. Kindly try to add electric daily consumption option which will show which switch is taking how much kWh. Over all I am very happy with this app.. I never face any problem yet👌

No other product in india offers HomeKit if u provide it u r product will be a success, new update is not good , old version is good

New app interface(2.18.18) is just awesome. All stuffs are become easy to access just on first screen. After this huge changes app version should be 3.0.1. Why there is no smart plug? Smart plug will complete your product category.
