Since the last update connection error on phone and can’t connect remotely to check
App has stopped working on both iPhone 11 and iPad 11 pro, we’re getting message failed to connect to site.
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t…and repeat. Corrupts and throws you out whilst using too which is super irritating.
Since latest update I cannot connect to my cameras. All the settings are still the same and ok. Used to be a good app but not anymore.
Just can’t connect with the app. Seems to be a bug in the system.
It does what you want it to do. No complaints.
The app is good and I have no problems accessing the cameras however the push alerts stop working after a while. I then have to uncheck and recheck to enable them again. Can this be fixed please?
It has worked okay for initial couple of months and then stopped working while trying to view recorded footage.
I always have to reset the system manually then the app will work for a short period before reverting to the usual “Time Out”. I note that the developers don’t appear to respond to any feedback or queries. If you are still out there could you please fix this app as it really isn’t working.
