Após instalação da aplicação não tenho acesso à mesma. Pede IP address, port, utilizador e password! Podem ajudar?

Excelente aplicação
Excelente aplicação, mas com a última atualização deixou de funcionar. Abre bem a aplicação mas depois não consigo ligar nem desligar nada com ela.

Com a última atualização deixou de funcionar, entra bem no sistema mas depois não se consegue fazer nada.
Remote connection nao funciona
Com o último sw upgrade não é possível ligar a aplicação sem ser na lan local. 3/4G não funciona, a aplicação não conecta o que impossibilita o seu uso fora de casa como seria de esperar
