Multi video on smart tab
Latest update removed the multi video preview for smart cameras on the smart tab. It says no mini apps found. Why??????????????
Paid for Subscription - Get Nothing
I paid for a 12 month subscription, payment went through, and even the app itself tells me I am subscribed, yet I am greeting non of the so called features promised, nor am I even change and subscription options. There is absolutely no way to contact a real person to resolve the issue, and even the “chat bot” is useless.
Active/Inactive view removed
Why on the latest version are you now forced to go into every single device individually to see if is is on/off. UI was easier to ease in the past.
Forced adverts
I won’t be buying any products that works with this app in the future because of the annoying advertising forced on us by having to use the app.
App is OK, devices not so much
Have utilized for the majority of the our smart home integration. App is OK, error/issue reporting does not work, queries does not get addressed by the Tech Team.

Everytime i try to connect to my led lights app wont allow me to connect to it, skmeone pls help?
Smart Life App data record
I use the app to control my geyser via the Geyserwise wifi control unit. Its working very well. I saw today that a graph of geyser temperature over time was added, awesome, thank you. It would be even better if you can increase the sample rate to at least 30min, 15min however would be awesome.
