Constantly logs you out and locks you out. No employee customer support
Why on earth does it take 3 months+ to get a password issue resolved?! In some cases more than that.
Logged me out
Cannot log back in for over a week now it keeps saying “unexpected error 505”
Terrible app
Constantly logging me out. Giving me internal 500 errors. Just not a good overall
Smartlinx Go
Since my company started using this app 3 months ago, it has been one big headache. notifications of schedule are 1–2 months old or a two month early. I can’t get work scheduled thru app causing me stress, because I don’t know when I am working. I can not get shifts scheduled thru this app. I end up having to call facilities to request a approved schedule. ☹️

paystub
I just downloaded app for my job I can see everything except my paystubs is there a reason for that. Also when you click on the shift hours it just circles.
Update
It hasn’t updated the paystub section since 2023 and it won’t let me see my w-2
Open shifts doesn’t load
Can’t see available shifts it’s just a blank screen. Please fix I need to use this for work.
SmartLinx Go
The app would be a great app if it can be fixed. The app keeps crashing, keeps logging you out. Have to constantly reset password over and over every time I go back to the app because it’s not saving the password. It started out great but it’s horrible now.
