Great app but no longer works in east rand mall
For some reason when I download the app, I can’t open it.
After the last update released I’m able to login to my account & permit access to Bluetooth & location but then a screen appears saying “ Time to Update “. I have uninstalled & reinstalled more than 5 times & still this problem persists. I’ve been using this app for over 18 months on my iPhone 10 with no problems until now. 😤

Downloaded the app. I have been trying for 3 weeks to register. I keep getting the error ‘could not sign up at this time, please try again later’. Using iOS 13.1. Why must I keep trying? Build working apps.
I can not register my account, keeps telling me “Cant sign up at this time, please try again later”. This is now my 2nd day trying to ‘sign up’. #veryunhappy
I downloaded the app with the guarantee that I would receive a gig of data free but landed up losing the 50mb of free data due to the app using up all the data. Haven’t received the “gig “ of data leading me to believe that it’s false advertisement. Not impressed at all.
Im unable to select a currently visited mall it will close itself that app plz give us a new update
Had this app on my old iOS device and it was working just fine but when I upgraded to the iPhone XR it hasn’t been allowing me to login
