At 12:07 am today, my first message was acknowledgment of my top-up, then the renewal of my plan. Then it was followed by a notif of non-renewal for insufficient balance!!! I had topped up last night more than enough for my plan! What happened to it that now I have "insufficient balance"????

Is SmartNas available in the Philippines?

Hi, Its impossible to receive the code due to that, when launching this app and enter the number it will start with zero and it only allow us to input 9 digits but the phone number here in the Philippines is compose of 11 digits, not sure if its a bug but i checked the review it seems that its been a year about this issue, so not sure if the developer of this app is still on track on this.

I cannot input my number it ask me to start from zero so i am lacking one number at the end.

Cannot procede with the number, it requires 11 digit and it has leading 0 that cannot be deleted..

I cannot fill in my 11 digit number due to default 0. I try to send a message but i was only told that I need to be a smart number subscriber. FYI, i had been a smart number subscriber since 2006.

Issue of not being able to put your complete mobile number is still not fixed.
