Not really a great service can take ages and despite saying it was passport compliant we had to use a different way of getting photos. Don’t waist your money get it done properly.

My personal opinion, Took picture of my baby. Keep rejecting and doesn’t approve. Took my money. Asking them for refund, according to french law they said they cannot refund! ordered prints for my UK address. They said postal service are not their control, so they cannot track or provide me tracking number. Please stay away from them. Nearly wasted my £15.

So much easier than trying to find a booth and cheaper ! 👍

Avoid them - they claim that digital photos are issued within 1 hour but this is not the case. You will end up missing your appointments if you count on them. Beware!

Incredibly useless, offers no features beyond your normal phone camera - but charges you money, avoid

There isn’t enough guidance on how to take a photo and the app has now stopped making the background white which means it’s impossible to use

This is the second app I tried. The first was honest by telling me that my photo would stay on their server for a month. Deleted that before using it. This one let me proceed then after I went to ‘use photo’ it told be my photo would be reviewed by experts before being sent back to me! How naive do app developers expect the public to be about privacy? Experience with a couple of ‘passport photo’ apps has also revealed a hole in the app permissions system on iOS. When an app says it needs to use the camera, well, obvs. Does that give the app permission to phone home and share your photo with a server that’s probably abroad? No idea and app permissions in iOS doesn’t deign to tell me.
