機能しない
iPhoneからは使えないですね。 初期設定画面すら表示できないので、何もできないです。 パソコンも試してみますが、さすがにNASの返品を考える代物です。 最低限の機能すら使えないのであればリリースしてはいけないのでは？ サービス性を疑います。

アプリが使い物にならない
iPhoneの容量を空ける為に購入しアプリをダウンロード、iPhoneから設定画面に遷移せず全く使い物にならず本体も返品しました。 バッファローのサポートに連絡し対応方法を全て試したが全く使えずでした。 そもそもアップデートが3年前の時点で気付くべきでした。
物自体は良いかもだけどその他がダメ
スマホの容量を空けるために購入 画像や動画を保存したい ダメなところ 1.スマホから設定画面が開けないと詰む ちなみにLINEで問い合わせたがまともな回答が来ない。回答も遅い。見当違いの回答しか来ない 2.スマホiPhoneからのアップロードてはファイル名がアップロードした日付にしかならない。 問い合わせ回答は自力で変更してください。 数が多いのだからできない。 希望は撮影日だったのだが… 3.設定で共有しても共有できないフォルダがある パソコンからの設定じゃないとうまくいかない気がする
iPhoneに繋がらない
iPhoneのストレージを空けるためにNASを購入しこのアプリを利用しましたがiPhoneと接続する事が出来ないこのアプリでいう設定ナビでエラーが発生する、ブッファローの相談室に問い合わせても対象を紹介してもらったが全てダメ。 PCへの接続は出来ますが他のネットワークからの接続はiPhoneと同じくエラーになります。 結局iPhoneと接続出来ないのでNASも全く使用してない状態、NASの評価は高いがアプリの評価は低くい。購入前に商品の評価だけでく、接続方法や使用しなければならないアプリやアプリの評価も調べないとダメだと勉強になりました。

自分は普通に使えました(iPad mini 4/iPadOS 15.7.3)
訳が分からない
iPhoneで設定したユーザー名やパスワードをメモして 次にiPadで入れてもパスワードが違いますとしかならない。 そもそもiPadでは設定さえ出来ない。 次引っ越す時に家中のbuffalo製品は他社製に変更しようと思う。

写真のバックアップに使ってますが、直接このアプリでheic形式の画像が見れません。アプリの更新も止まってるようなので期待できません

まさか初期設定ができないとは思わんかった やられましたわ笑 iPhoneやめた方がええんかな…
だめでした。
色々設定してもiphoneから接続すらできず。 FE File Explolerで一発で解決しますよ。
