Why are you forcing for location access when I am selecting office and floor manually ?

Earlier I used to order without location permission or even without loging, just by selecting office and cafeteria location. Now it’s forcing to select location. Why to enforce for anything if I should be manually able to select my cafeteria of selected office.

The application is too buggy and there is lots of bugs . Full payment process is very inconvenient

Developers of this application have failed to do basic validation even if user is not entering any details user gets account not found error while logging in to app.

Using this you need to select the required items and than you need to proceed for the payment where everytime you need to key credit card information. Most of the payment transactions fail. Support show a deaf ear to the issue.

I will not recommend this app

Sodexo payment option that existed before is removed. If we have to pay via Gpay or other modes what is the use of this app

If I choose to pay via Credit card, evertime i need to login Paytm via otp, then enter entire card details and again one more otp. This has to be done everytime

The UI interface looks very good and has many viable options of choosing different products at the same time. The only thing to be concerned is I was not able to take screenshots to share with others; This should be considered as top priority and should be looked into asap. Apart from this everything else is good.
