The app resets my count for no reason sometimes and there’s no way to manually add your jumps yourself . Additionally if something happens to your email address and you need to change or update it , it’s impossible. I reached out to tech support and they said it was because of security reasons…but in 2024 how is updating a email address a security risk !?

If the purpose of this rope is to accurately count jumps, why is that the function that performs the worst? The rope frequently adds additional counts from previous jump periods leading to highly erroneous counts. Please fix this basic function
this design is not meant for more than one jumper on one device.. my family jumps as well and we have to delete the app EVERYTIME someone else wants to jump to have the data included on their device. no way to disconnect the rope in the settings so other jumpers can connect via their device?

Why does this app paste the contents of my clipboard when I launch it and where is that being sent?
The application connects with my smart rope correctly through Bluetooth, but the application does not count anything when I jump.
Nice product and I’m enjoying it. Saying it is connected to apple health is a bit of a stretch. Apple Watch app won’t even collect heart rate data and each interval comes through as a separate workout so really not even a working integration for workout uploads.
Bought the Pure over a year ago. I haven't had a single crash or connectivity issue. Works perfectly as intended. My only suggestion however is 1) I'd like the workout to incorporate my heart rate. What's the point off the apple watch app if it won't use the heart rate? 2) I wish it would transfer the full workout as one to apple health instead of every interval. It's annoying to see 20+ workouts in my log from one session.
