Love this app…thank you for the simplicity.
Quick, effective workouts. No excuse not to do them!
Hi there I really like your app. The one and only thing I would think make it great would’ve be to able to generate between a strength w/out and a conditioning w/out. Other than that Great work!!!
Good app to help plan your workouts based on equipment. I have downloaded the premium version and selected every available filter to see what workouts are on file. However it still says I only have access to 6% of the workouts. Not sure if it’s user error.
I live on this app! Never use any other fitness app! And being stuck in quarantine I managed to get multiple people to download it so I could send them workouts! Couldn’t recommend more! Do yourself a favour and get it!!
I became absolutely addicted to CrossFit while living abroad, however CrossFit is too expensive for my liking back here in Australia. I tried making up my own WOD’s to do at home for a while however lost interest as it’s tricky making them up myself! This app is awesome and more than what I was wanting. I decided to subscribe yearly so there are no ads and I can ‘favourite’ workouts to do at a later date. I love how customisable this app is. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently downloaded this app as the free version, just to try it out. Since then I’ve used it many times and have even upgraded as it seems well worth it. I recently left my CrossFit gym due to moving, so I was really missing it. I joined a local gym that has all the general gym kind of items, plus a functional fitness area. Classes are not very regular. My intention was to just do the normal “weights vs cardio” but I got bored pretty quickly (plus lack imagination when it comes to making my own workouts up), decided I missed the WOD style and looked up what apps were even out there. In the app, it lets you pick what equipment you do/don’t have, plus what skills you have. I don’t really have any skills and there have been plenty of varied workouts come up that I can do. I’ve also been able to enter another workout I found online somewhere into the app and save it. Anyway I highly recommend trying it out :)
Love this app usually, 5/5. They’ve introduced new adds which you can’t get out of unless you close the app, the X doesn’t work. Makes the app basically useless.
Excellent product..
