I have owned and operated Zmoto apps for years. There are too many apps for these cameras. Now we get Smartz, the worst app of all! If you want real life feedback, email me so and I’ll provide my phone number so we can talk live. Only call me if you want to fix something. If you have no intentions to fix your user experience. Go away. For now, I’ll keep using my Zmodo or MeShare app!
I’ve been looking for an app that had multiple views and I’ve seen it with other cameras but now I’m really excited that this one has this view and as far as I’m concerned a major selling point and definitely awesome. Sends me sound alert notifications every ten minutes so I go turn sound notifications off in the app. Then ten minutes later I get another notification and the sound notifications are turned back on in the settings. Going to have to turn all notifications off for the app and at that point what is the use of this camera? Oh right, NONE.
This latest version is horrible. Hard to work with, does not show you all the camera’s like the previous versions. Will not adjust to the right orientation of the screen.
Love the new UI! Makes video a lot clearer, and the live video loads faster than any of the other camera companies I’ve used
This app should have fast-forward and rewind, I had some things stolen from me and have to search piece by piece to get the camera footage of when it happened smh.
This app along with it’s other app Zmodo is the worst. Way too many glitches when recording I don’t even think they care to fix the issues anymore. Just taking the money.
Won’t allow us to log in. App is always glitching. Not happy and definitely going to switch cameras
