Smash Runner! Reviews

A perfect balance between ad and gameplay

Hans Maxidose on

Hungary

This game represents the perfect balance in monetizing your hard work, but keeping it presentable for your audience. The ads and the gameplay share a common trait: being the lowest quality and worst kind of cashgrab of all time. The game is just like any io one, simple gameplay, simple graphics and a weird stutter that is describable as playing warzone on a 4s. The ads on the other hand is like running four survey apps at the same time, in my 5 minutes of gameplay there was almost 4 minutes of ads. One instance was an ad playing for pressing the x button on the other ad. Literally the worst one i saw yet. Tl;dr game is 1 click-1(or 2) unskippable ad

I got tired of watching the ads for EVERY action, so I bought the $3 remove ads IAP. Fail. Still tons of ads. Deleted and reinstalled, tried again and same thing.

Used to be fun but has stagnated

This game was fun for a bit but now I’m just disappointed. I have my level and damage maxed, so there’s no possible way to increase my power more except going through gates. The gates don’t make much of a difference no matter how high up I get the multiplier, I can’t make it past my current high score. Ridiculous, this is a broken game
