Seems it just cycles more than anything else. I try to open the app and just looks like it’s loading and never opens. I pay for a yearly membership because it is cute to personalize and send to family and friends. Wish there were more singing ones vs the talking AI kind. Dolly is the fave and the new Kevin Bacon one is great too. But if I can’t get it to load to send to folks, it’s a waste of money.
I’ve been using this app for a long time now, and my friends and family have looked forward to receiving a SmashUp on their special occasions. Over the last two months, I haven’t been able to send any out, as the app continually crashes. I can’t find customer support, so I am left to write a negative review. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS! American Greetings, this was such a fun product, but it’s just not reliable right now. I may have to cancel my subscription if it continues, and I really don’t want to do that.
I’ve tried several times to send the Santa Clause Smash Up. When I try to select my recipients, it closes.

I thought this app was cool so I actually bought it for a year only to find out the names I needed are not listed. So I guess names like Jensen, Giana or Florann are aliens. Please add more modern names to this list. UPDATE: After a few days I realize even though this app is cute and fun at first it’s probably not worth the yearly price. Hopefully they update with new ideas and add names and celebs.
I hope you SmashUps for a long time and it has brought a lot of joy to my friends and family. For the last two weeks, it has failed to load even though I have deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times. I started my phone and so forth. Reset my network settings. This is ridiculous. I see many people have also the same issues. I don’t know what is it is really terrible. The app is unable to be used.
It stopped working. Can’t get it to open at all. I had planned to send to send to family n friends at thanksgiving but couldn’t get it to work. N now I’ve missed three bdays. I’m canceling. There’s also NO support to go to
I’ve never had a problem with the app until iOS 18 now when I open the app I just get the spinning wheel, I’ve removed and reinstalled but still nothing, so now I’ve have a subscription to something I can’t use!
These are fabulous- so much better than a card!!
