Get you close to payout then stops working!

C-Daddy1985 on

I’ve used this app for months and now that I’m close to the 5000 sats to cash out nothing works. What a joke this is wrong and should be banned. I have all the settings on required and it doesn’t even register my steps anymore or let me play the chess game. Always get 0 on the wheel and tower as well. It’s ironic how it all stopped working as I’m close to 5000 sats which did required to withdrawal.

Nothing but a hoax

Absolutely no customer support with in the app You can cash out after getting up to 10,000 sats but they will never let you get there. the app constantly short changes you on the SATs earned, every day. It will ring up your new step total and then not give you the Sats. making sure you don't reach the 10,000. even when i used their promotion to get double the SATs, I only received half of what i should have gotten with out the doubling promotion. It is a total SCAM to get people signed up in so they can profit from the advertising. it is nothing more than a glorified step counting app.

SCAM!

This app has a lot of potential. I'm getting my sats for walking and for the chess games, waiting 2 weeks to receive them doesn't bother me. But I spent a decent amount of time playing some of the arcade games expecting to cash in on my ~5000ish sats. I've waited the 48 hour period (it says it's usually instant, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours) and I've submitted the reports necessary. I still haven't received my sats or heard back from them. Bad taste

I would have rated app a 5 star 2 months ago worked like clockwork. App has not worked in 2 months I can’t earn any satoshis whether walking or spinning wheel or playing games. Also can not transfer bitcoin off wallet. Worst part is I reached out to company on twitter for assistance in May they said they would look into radio silence from company which is why 1 star

Bad tracking

seymourin07 on

I’m now at dozens of days the app completely fails to track tens of thousands of steps leaving it light blue instead of green despite opening the app. Yet another day 1500 steps app updated phone rebooted multiple times app restarted even tried other earnings that worked not crediting steps

Places

I live in San Antonio and there’s not any Bitcoin places there to walk to.

Don’t bother with surveys

Juanie32 on

How lame… I tried doing a couple of surveys and about 10 minutes of answering questions was told I did not qualify for the survey. Waste of time. Plus for the amount of money you giving for my info. Not enough to waste time doing them.

More disappointed by the day

This app is literally becoming worthless, none of the games work with iPhone, the SATs for walking take weeks to credit and then you need thousands before you can withdrawal them and then only if you have a lightning wallet meaning your barred from using your Bitcoin depending on which state you live in such as New York. I don’t understand why I can’t just use my cash app Bitcoin wallet…. Likely won’t be keeping app as its more of a headache and I literally haven’t earned a spendable penny in the year and a half I’ve had it
