I never have downloaded this bad before and I kept receiving text messages sending me login code several times everyday. It is very annoying and i cannot block the text message. Also I don’t have channel to complain to Apple and you this bad app. I decided to download this app and now I have way to complain now. Terribly bad app !!!!

Hi all, I have never used this app as I am not living in ABD, but I received the OTP SMS everyday. I thought someone stole my mobile phone number to register, that’s really annoying me….

Very bad delivery service yesterday I ordered groceries, still didn’t received I don’t know how long I have to wait.

Don’t trust smiles offers even if you buy smiles unlimited, they’ll charge you more and if you complain they’ll tell you terms and conditions bla bla

I have ordered through smiles, a KFC which was cancelled by the restaurant as they were having high volume of orders but in the smiles app it was showing that your order will be delivered even after 1.5 hrs Then contacted there team for a refund and they said it will be refunded within 7 days Such pathetic and worst service they have as they are lacking of real time tracking And will never suggest anyone to order through this app

I order food from smiles app but I applied a coupon and placed order, thinking my food will arrive but it never did so I checked back on smiles app just be shocked that it says ready for pickup and not delivery i clearly picked the delivery option, but it turned out to be a pick up, I wasn’t able to pick the order up so I called the restraunt he carelessly said he can’t do any thing about it, then after that I contacted smiles more then 15 times but they never responded and my food and my money was gone like that never to be seen, this shows the terrible customer support and the great marketing scam, if I clicked delivery then why the hell was the pick up coupon there and it wasn’t even clearly written worst smiles app every don’t get scammed by these scammers

On 29th December 2024 I placed food order through Smiles app, after an hour I got the notification that the food delivery was made but I didn’t receive any delivery, I received a call from Smiles Food giving me a very lame excuse that since my order is big they need to send 2 riders to deliver the food. The truth is different I received the food through Careem delivery & the delivery guy told me Smiles make the riders pay for Salik & hence when the Smiles delivery guy reached the restaurant & understood he has to pay Salik to deliver the food he just clicked the button food delivered & refused to deliver. At the end only one rider delivered the food & all I got to hear from Smiles food is are sorry for the pathetic services they offer.

“I had a terrible experience with smile Custemer support. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and they completely failed to solve my my concerns. I request a complaint over 2 times to get assistance, but both times compliant request was closed .uninterested in resolving the issue. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I will not order again smile app through Totally Bad experience worst service
