Can’t open up poker been down for days and my stuff in there can’t get out until fixed

Unresponsive it freezes

Although, it is so convenient to get my packages in a more secure way these days, the app isn’t as easy. It has bugs that need to be fixed. It never tells me I have packages unless I open the app. It isn’t convenient anymore when I don’t know I’m getting a package, and the packages sits there for days.

I had two (2) packages, one for FedEx and another for USPS. FedEx notification and item received with no problem. There has been no notification for my USPS post office shipment. I need my package that is still in Pods 1 at my apartment. Please fix. This item is valuable and I need it today.

This app stinks

Was good when it worked, but app no longer functions.

Love the app but I don’t know why I have number 1 next to the app.

I have had issues with this app since I downloaded. First it wouldn’t register when I was in the locker room. Then the green buttons wouldn’t open the lockers. Now I get an error message when I try to open the app. Downloaded because the email notifications keep ending up lost in junk mail and hoped this would be easier. Please fix your app

Not working! I have to rely on email for code and notifications. What’s the purpose?
