Payment issues.
Good game - very addictive although I have recently had a couple of payment issues which they don’t seem interested in acknowledging or fixing. Issue 1 - they are advertising 50% off Halloween promo however they are charging full price. There is nothing “50% off” about it as the items are virtually the same as other “full price” qty. - very misleading. Have been charged $30 when I should of been charged $15 according to the promo. Issue 2 - failed transaction notification on a purchase, resubmitted second transaction which was approved - got the items I needed to progress. 1 hour later I receive an in mail stating “sorry about the issue here are your items” - so I got charged 2 times and received 2 sets of items when I only needed / purchased 1. Raised tickets on both issues which they have ignored acknowledging or addressing the issues and are now deleting my new comments in the ticket. Feels pretty scammy. Odd because I’ve spent a couple of hundred with them and have made no complaints and now they want to ignore $30 in overcharges I am contesting. Guess this is the danger with dealing with these types of apps - no accountability on their end for when they stuff up.
