I just downloaded this game and it keeps asking me to purchase all these subscriptions but I don’t want to. What should I do???

Do we really need to pay to play this game? When i click on the game it automatically shows that i need to pay to play it. I dont know if its a bug or what but if i really need to pay to play this game then its very disappointing.
