How can you change the API response without informing any of your customers!!!! This caused my software to stop sending SMS and fail with customers.

Worst Customer Service “Warning”

Dear SMS Egypt CEO, I’d like to escalate the bad attitude of below employees 1- Ali “team leader” who talked with me in a very bad attitude and doesn’t know anything of how customer service employee should be and handed up the call while I’m talking.. 2- Ramy “CS Employee” who didn’t help me during all my contacts and kept saying the same scripted message with no extra mile I need to be contacted with the CEO of your respected company ASAP..
