I had a problem of spam sms by few people. This app works sooo beautifully that I never ever had any issue since the day of download.the person who designed this app deserves the award. In my life I will never uninstall this. It uses specific words to block. It blocked all spam messages from websites. Big big thanks to developer.

Why don’t have an option to mark an sms spam or not spam and move it to inbox. Sometimes this app moves some important sms in junk folder.

Filters correctly and works very well for Indian spam messages. Just a few hiccups. Definitely worth it.

Useless.. do not subscribe for this!

SMS Shield still filtering my messages after being deleted and cancelled by apply itself !

Even after adding keywords, software fails to filter the SMS. After few months of usage now I see not even 5% SMS gets filtered and have to manually delete them

Nothing worked.. Not a single sms got filtered even after giving all permissions.

Edit 2: please avoid using / buying this app. It seems to be a fly by night operation. Their twitter account @sms_shield seems to be suspended for violating twitter rules. They are not also responding to emails for support. Edit: downgrading rating to 1 star. There is absolutely no support from the developers for this product. Even having a paid subscription to this product, none of my support requests or messages are being responded to. So not only do we have a app that does not work and it keeps moving good and useful messages especially from the banks into the junk folder, we don’t have any support from the developers to fix this product as well. Original review - I bought the 1-year subscription to this. It works ok ok, but you can definitely live without this app. The issue though is that once you have tried it (trial basis) the smses that it has marked as spam continues to stay as spam. I had to purchase it to try and train it to bring back the good smses but that hasn’t workednn While it filter about 30% of bad smses, it also moved Many good and important smses to junk. Like bank transactions. This is irritating and there is no way to undo it. I don’t know if the training is useful or it works at all. ML is probably just a marketing gimmick they have and the app seems to be only a poorly implemented rule based app with not much personalisation.

When I try to classify a sms as spam or normal... I get an error message .. fails to modify some records

SMS with words in the block list are getting delivered as usual. Not sure what’s the use of this app. I got the Gold membership!
