Should be more flexible with respect to timeline as i extended the work 3 times over and above the hour allotted duration. Not even one room of dusting was completed in the given timeline

Snabbit promises expert service but delivers nothing but frustration. The so-called experts leave the job incomplete, and there’s no accountability whatsoever. Their customer care—especially Aditya—is extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of resolving issues, they make the experience worse. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

This people making very pathetic situations for poor labour where they are working under fear of penalties. The individual arrived at our place was very afraid of penalties. Such a badly people management.

No reliability. No proper mechanism of time checks. They are always delayed. They make you wait and wait and wait. There customer support is of no use. They have opened office in lodha amara, people are complaining about there availibility. Such unethical and unmanaged platform can not run longer in competitive market like india. There customer care takes ages to respond like they take ages to send person for booked slot. Stay away until you don't have any option.

Solves the much needed problem of house help. But ideally need to choose the same person, if job well done. To ensure that I don’t need to tell the expert what to do each time.

had high hopes for Snabbit because their experts are actually quite good—but unfortunately, the service itself is absolutely horrible. The biggest issue is the timing. If you book a specific time slot, don’t expect the expert to show up then. They typically arrive at least 2 hours late, if they arrive at all. Worse, when you reach out to customer support, all you’ll get are robotic replies like “We apologize for the inconvenience caused” or “Let me take a moment to check.” These are repeated over and over, with no actual solution ever provided. Meanwhile, the expert’s ETA just keeps getting pushed further. Eventually, either the expert shows up ridiculously late, or someone from customer support will call and politely ask you to reschedule for the next day. That’s how unreliable the service is. Their tagline “House help delivered in minutes” is completely misleading—it should be “House help maybe delivered in hours, or tomorrow… if you’re lucky.” Disappointed. I really hope they fix their operations, because the actual professionals deserve better support and scheduling from the platform.

Cancel the booking at their end and yet show the work as completed and even ask for the professional feedback. Not only this, they used my account money as well for the booking that I never utilised.

I booked an one hr service. The help arrived on time, and was professional. She completed all basic services in 1 hr- from cleaning, mopping, utensils to bathroom cleaning. Overall great affordable service.

Have tried booking multiple times. While at the beginning the house help used to come on time, with the expansion and publicity they are unable to handle the demand. Last 3-4 times the service has been pathetic. Maids are not assigned, they dont come on time and cancel just prior to the slotted time. Customer service is non existent. Call never connects to the call centre. Just a message that all executives are busy and we will connect back later - no cal received ever. Even no response on WhatsApp number. If you somehow get hold of customer care, you are asked to wait - twice this has happened. For a booking of say 1pm after multiple followups a maid arrives at 3-4pm. Will uninstall once wallet balance is over.
