When I purchase Boba tea and let’s say I’m at my 9th point from getting a free drink for next time. Even though it says you’re at your 9th point, checking again at the rewards section and it says that you’re two points behind from where you originally were. Hope that makes sense. Please fix that respectfully.

Store was closed, ordered from it only to find it was closed and customer service took way too long to respond

I just want to order food without giving information away unnecessarily. I should be able to enter a zip code or the name of a restaurant I want to order from without giving my location away.

Why does the estimated pickup time change every time I restart the app (within the same five minutes)? Time estimate is also often far off from the actual time needed.

This app used to be pretty good overall although always has been buggy. However over time in an effort to supposedly “improve” the app, they have actually taken away all the features that made this app great e.g. sending gifts to friends, seeing all your points in one place etc.

I downloaded this app to change the name that is associated to my phone number at my local restaurant. There is no website, so this app is your only choice. Once you make an account, you cannot change your personal information or delete your account without granting location access.

They put snackpass parties back I’m happy!

I have been using this app to order from Pokemoto. I was prompted to update the app and when I reopened it, all the points I had collected towards a free poke bowl were wiped out.

This app is great to get ahead of things, but IMOP that’s the only value it really adds. The app isn’t as user friendly as you’d think. The GUI is a bit clustered and difficult to navigate. You can kind of get the jest of it after a few but still it isn’t as intuitive to users.

Loved the feature where it would notify you about a friend’s birthday with options of their favorite foods to send them. Why did you take this away??
