Construction company want contractors to use this app but it don’t work keep crashing wast of time should get out on site a check work progress instead on sitting in a office play with apps this is the real world in construction industry not some computer Generated industry

Updated the app now won’t work what a rubbish system

Amateur application, not worth the money. Is collapse without notice, photos not synchronised.

I’ve always been extremely happy with SnagR, but today after uploading the latest version every time I try and close a snag item via quick close the SnagR crashes. Very disappointing indeed. Time to ask my company for a new snagging platform.

This software was first introduced to our company about 5 years ago. Since that first introduction we have worked with them to tailor the software to our businesses needs. It’s now our company standard. Defects and visual inspections are now all recorded electronically and this enables you to have live data of how far a contract has progressed. To improve it further I would develop the following:- when you answer “No” on and inspection sheet, you automatically switch to defect mode and generate a defect against the criteria you have answered “No”

Great app works really well and this has improved our workflow.

This app is terrible We are currently using this on a project and every time you close off a snag or comment on it, the app decides to close down. Then when trying to reboot it, it is un responsive Waste of time

Cannot log onto a project although log on and URL work perfectly well on line with same info. Tried it again and again, deleted and reloaded app still no luck, deleted it for good now! Poor when compared to PlanGrid.

Seems to continuously ask you for an URL and then does not allow you to sign in - what is the point of it??? Does not tell you that you need a password or there is no "instructions" or help - very poor Unless it tells you how to use it - do not bother with it :-((((
