Terrible
I’ve tried every which way to connect to my P 1000 over the last two years. This will influence my decision to purchase a different brand next time. My older Canon connects to their app seamlessly. TERRIBLE.

- View downloaded photos or share them via e-mail or social media.
- Add photo info or text to uploaded photos.
- Download location data to the camera (Note 2) or set the camera clock to the time reported by the smart device.
- Receive notifications of firmware updates for paired cameras.

- Note 2: The GPS function runs continuously in the background, increasing the drain on the battery. The drain on the battery can be reduced by choosing power-saving mode. This feature is not recommended for use with devices not equipped with GPS.
- If you are unable to download images or connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi after pairing, try one or more of the following solutions:
- Turn the paired camera off and then on again.
- Switch tabs in SnapBridge.
- Exit and relaunch SnapBridge.
- Users can register for a Nikon ID using this app.
- Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when using this app.
- Remote movie recording is not supported on some cameras.
- Movies can be downloaded by switching to Wi-Fi and selecting the files manually.
- Upload/download of AVI and interlaced movies is not supported.
- 4K UHD movies transfer and playback are not supported on some devices.
- Remote photography and movie download are available only if the camera has Wi-Fi (some cameras only).
- Keep the app displayed in the foreground when downloading images from the camera via Wi-Fi. Download is not available when the app is running in the background.
- The app may not perform as expected depending on your environment and network conditions.

App is crap
Tried a bunch of times to connect to my Z5, fails repeatedly on Bluetooth and wifi. Nikon, wake up, this is why Canon is eating your lunch. Canon app is simple to use and works every time.
Horrible app
Since the last update my camera refuses to connect. All previous uploads have been deleted and trying to find a customer support number is near impossible. Planning to sell this camera simply because the features it offers have never worked seamlessly since purchasing. The wifi connection NEVER works first try and it’s a hassle NOT a convenience. I honestly expected better technology from a company like Nikon but have been left quite disappointed
Bluetooth/image transfer issues
I love the camera, the picture quality and how lightweight it is…however every time i want to download my picture onto my iphone i have to delete the application completely and redownload to be able to connect the camera to bluetooth on the phone and the application… I don’t understand why it disconnects after transferring the pictures only once. I need to know what im doing wrong

No longer works
I have used this app to connect this camera to this phone… I can no longer connect. Ive deleted the app, reloaded it, tried again. Nothing. I’ll do it the less convenient, but more reliable way, like I used to 🤨
Frustrating Experience
Will not maintain settings or connections on a consistent and reliable basis.
Failed the connection
I tried many times to connect my Nikon Coolpix A900 to the app but didn’t works, I follow all the suggestions on the troubleshooting section, turn on, turn off both my iPad and camera, the Bluetooth, delete the app and download again on my iPad and iPhone but still not success at all, the app kept spinning saying “searching” but that it’s. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the app. So now I’ve photos on my camera that I can’t transfer to my iPad or phone to work with or print them. I will appreciate any help. Thank you. Won’t connect to iPhone 14
Since I got my new iPhone I have had trouble connecting to my camera. I have uninstalled the app multiple times and forgotten and repaired my camera multiple times but it still won’t connect to the camera wi-fi so I cannot use it to download photos to my phone. Very disappointing as I like to share my pictures with my friends
