Unreliable and no personal touch when it comes to grievance handling

I purchased an order but the transaction failed in snapdeal but still my money was deducted And now I have no order no to process my query There isn't customer care agent option. Plus you cannot write directly to help centre as the automated reply asks you to go to help section in the app or the site. I lost Rs. 10,499 on a toy I was trying to buy from Snapdeal.

SNAP DEAL MISLEADS AND IS UNFAIR TO CUSTOMERS

I had bought a safe.They delivered a 2nd hand one.I asked them to take it back.After several calls/emails they finally called up to take it back.NOBODY CALLED OR SHOWED UP . NOW THEY HAVE CANCELLED THE REVERSE PICKUP. THEY ARE UNFAIR AND CLEVERLY BLAME THE CUSTOMER. MY ADVICE USE OTHER SHOPPING WEBSITES ELSE YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION MANI

The app is gud enough for a nice shopping experience. I like snap deal for its offers but 1 thing i dont enjoy about them is their delivery process . Even after 5 days of buying an item i see updates in process, created and all. Other online websites would have delivered by now
