No Customer service
I downloaded this and scanned my book but is always hanging on 99.9% and can’t download whole thing. Tried sending customer service but no reply. Would like to leave a - 1 star if such option

No customer support
This app does not work. Purchased book in store and scanned ISBN code on back as instructed but download kept stalling at 99.9%. Repeated emails to hello@snaplearn were unanswered. App is not designed well, not powerful enough to be a true AR learning aid. Would give zero stars if they were possible
More misses than hits
Doesn’t work half the time. This app was updated more than a year ago. Have the developers given up?
Does not work well
I’ve never written a review for an app but this one was so frustrating to use I wanted to give some feedback. A friend bought a book for my daughter so we downloaded the app to try it. It took a long time to download on my phone and couldn’t even start downloading on the iPad. When we tried to scan pages using the app it took a long time to work and there were more hits than misses. Even after it ‘worked’, it was annoying as the vr effect kept disappearing and we had to repeat the process of scanning the page again. We gave up after many tries. Please look into improving the app.
Doesn’t work at all
Please don’t buy this and associated books - it’s a very poor app and keeps hanging right from start.. works for a bit on reinstallation but again hangs.. not user friendly either
Apps doesn’t work
Bought an Augmented Reality Experience book and then downloaded this app. Unfortunately, the apps does not work, it hung on the main page. Have to basically kill the apps. The development team need to look into this.

Half the books I bought cannot be scanned and are not searchable in the bookstore. Basically a scam.
