Snapplify

This app is very frustrating to use and the same goes for the Lapa reading app. Both apps skips the last lines on pages. When you scroll to the next page, the number moves on, but the words all stays the same. It just freezes whenever it wants to. It doesn’t save your last page. It’s nor properly connected, like when I open it on my iPhone and later on my iPad, it’s on different places. When I open the same book on my iPad and iPhone on the same page, it’s completely different. It needs proper work done on this app and I won’t be buying ore books until this can be sorted. I’ve been using iBooks and Amazon free kindle apps and I do not have these problems.

I bought a book yesterday and followed all the instructions but never got to read it because it hasnt loaded. I’m starting to think its a scam!

The customer service is top notch ✨🔥, snappily team is very friendly, patient and cares for their customers. I love how quick they reply to their chat box and ensure individual satisfaction 🫶

This app is not user friendly at all The format in which books are viewed is not uncomfortable and not interactive. It does not show you page for page but instead two pages grouped together

A lot of glitches, i have to close en reopen the app often because it freezes and won’t move on to the next chapter.

plsss make the app able to split view It would be very useful Thank you
