만드는건 정말 좋은데 다 만들었을때 장바구니가 안눌리네요.. 껐다 켜보고, 별 짓을 다 했는데도 장바구니가 안눌려져서 구매하지못해서 슬프네요..ㅠ

스냅스가 너무 좋습니다! 너무 예쁘고 퀄리티 좋아서 잘 사용하지만 키링이나 스탠드 만들때 미리 약간 미리보기 같이 현실 크기를 반영한 사진 하나만 나왔으면 좋겠어여.. 잘 씁니다..!

포카 한땀한땀 다 하나하나 만들었는데 정장해야 돼서 장바구니 버튼을 눌렀는데 계속 눌러봐도 다음화면으로 넘어가지도 않고 아무리 다시해도 똑같음.. 고쳐주세요 제가 하나씩 다 만든거 없어지게 만들지 마세요

앱이 계속 튕겨요
앱이 계속해서 튕기고, 접속이 안됩니다. 휴대폰을 껏다키고, 앱 삭제 후 다시 다운로드 받았는데도 불구하고 안들어가져요...... 삭제 후 들어가지길래 굿즈 제작 할라고 하면 다 튕기더니 들어가지지가 않습니다. 어뜨케 해야하나요ㅠ 제발 부탁입니다...

아이돌 굿즈 소장할려고 깔아서 편집하고 장바구니를 누르려고 하는데 계속 눌려도 안 눌러요.. 빨리 고쳐주세요🥲

10월과 12월에 깜짝 이벤트로 5천원 씩 들어왔었습니다. 들어온 줄도 몰랐는데 저번에도 그렇고 항상 소멸 전날에 이걸 알려주네요? 유효기간도 4일 밖에 안되는데... 보통 들어올 때 바로 알려주지 않나요? 당장 쓰기도 애매하게 소멸 전날밤에 알려주다니... 이럴거면 차라리 주질 말던가 줘놓고 못 쓰게 하는 것도 아니고 5천원 씩 두번 들어왔으면 만원읗 아낄 수 있는 건데 조금 매너가 아닌 것 같네요.

아니 뭔 사진인화할라고 셀렉하는데 자꾸 꺼져요???!?!? 한두번도 아니고. 심지어 어플 다시 켜지지도않음. 지우고 다시 깔아야함
