App does not work for iPhone 12 Pro Max with photos taken from a real camera (Sony, Fuji, etc). The developers know this, but haven’t fixed it. There are multiple reports of users having issues ONLY WITH THE 12 Pro Max. The only work around is to edit in landscape mode, or only edit photos taken with the cell camera.
Are you guys not reading your reviews? Like others, my app continues to crash. I’ve used it for a long time and I’ve worked thousands of photos on the app. I’m looking for a new app to replace this one now.
Why does it freeze my entire phone so frequently like come on
Is anyone paying attention to these comments about the app freezing and crashing?! Why can’t this be fixed? Used to love this app. Now, not so much.

This was my go to photo editing app. It really is outstanding, when it works, but it does not anymore. It is virtually unusable now as it freezes every single time I attempt to use it. It is astonishing to me that they haven’t bothered to fix this in a more timely manner. If Google won’t support it they should make it open source. iPad Air (4th Gen), iOS 17.5
This has been my photo editor of choice for a long time. One I recommended to a lot of people. But suddenly it locks up when dealing with a raw file off my iPhone 15pro. Totally quits to the point I have uninstall and reinstall to do a couple images. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because in the past I loved it. Now it’s not worth 1. Hoping it can be fixed.
I have loved Snapseed with all the editing options it had. After completing the edited photo, it would simply return in the order it was taken and with all the location information. Why did you have to ruin a perfectly good editing tool?
Was good but every time I edit a photo, the app keeps on freezing then crashes
This is my go to editing app, but for the longest time, it will NOT load RAW images taken on my phone. It opens to the RAW Develop module, but then the loading indicator just spins and spins, endlessly. EDIT 6/14/24: they have seemingly fixed my issue with loading RAW images 🙌🏼 I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars!
