I cant afford to oay this app I 'm sad about it!

So I tried the free trial, and didn’t like the app. I deleted it after, and a couple days later they charged me 50$ for the year long subscription?!! scammed me of my money and not worth it.

They “claim” you get 3 free days and that they then charge annually after that. LIES! There’s no free trial. They instantly charged my card. Also, the only option where they offer the 3 free days is the one that’s $100. So my card was just charged $99.99 because of false advertising. I will absolutely be disputing this with the bank, but wow. Is the “free” 3 days all the way at the end of your yearly subscription that you TRICK people into? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Just making this review so others are aware!

Not trying to sound dramatic, but just feeling completely disgusted with the developers of this app. I downloaded this app to remove the watermark of 10 of my tiktoks, so I signed up for the free trial. A few days later, I got charged with 109.49 to my bank account. A year’s worth of subscription. I tried to cancel and get a refund with apple, but they told me they couldn’t because apparently I signed up for the year’s worth of subscription. I’m not eligible via Apple? Just wild. So I figured I would contact the developers of this app, and just explain to them in detail what is going on. I’ve emailed them 3 times in the last month. I haven’t heard anything back, and it’s been 3 weeks. Figured I would then contact my bank, and they are not allowing a refund for this charge either. This app feels like an absolute scam.

I downloaded the app and did the free three day trial and then immediately cancelled it. Account was charged with $100 so they lie about the free trial. Please, I need my money back I have emailed.

Doesn’t remove the water mark. This app is a waste of time save your money. Don’t even bother with the trial

I wish I would have been smart enough to read reviews before downloading this app. I, too, was charged a full annual subscription after clicking to try to free trial for 3 days. They immediately charged me $99 for a full year. Submitted a claim to Apple and hopefully will be refunded. Otherwise I will be disputing with my bank.

This app is a scam…they offer a 3 day free trial, and I have the habit of immediately cancelling subscriptions after signing up for free trials to ensure no accidental charges are made, but instead they immediately charge you $99 when you sign up for the “free” trial! Best avoid this app, there’s a reason they have a bunch of fake reviews and are using ads to promote. It’s a scam. In addition, use the website in your browser, snaptik.app, and that’s a free way to download your TikToks without the watermark or using an app like this.

This app doesn’t do refunds. I did a trail forgot I even downloaded the app. Checked my monthly statement and discovered this app charges $10 per week. After two involuntary payments they will not give me a refund despite me not using this app. It would been a 5 star review if this company had better customer service and didn’t rob people like every other crappy company now a days. What happen to being able to return something when you have a receipt or being refunding for not using a service. Corporate America is here to wring is dry. How many millions don’t make per year for not giving refunds?
