Keep asking me to public my videos eventhough it was public already. Couldn’t post any link at all

I think this app would be a great idea, however I’m having an issue trying to upload public videos, it’s saying it’s failing because they aren’t public, but I know 100% they are. Will this issue be resolved? I paid $40 for this app. Thank you!

Bought the app just to have it fail to save every video I’ve tried. It says to check if the videos private (which none of them were) or try again later. App doesn’t work.

couldn’t make it past the first 10 minutes using this app. a pop-up every 3 seconds asking to paste a link. failure up even be able to lookup the video from the link. half the features don’t work. terrible development.

Super disappointed - I did everything the instructions said. I reached out to the tech team , it’s been 4 months and no response. Asked for a refund after, still no response. Literally the worst. Don’t waste your money.

My TikTok videos are set to public and the app is insisting they aren’t so I can use it. I emailed support and haven’t heard back. Waist of $40.00.

I wanted to save a video of my now dead cat that I had on tiktok without the watermark, but I'm not paying for it because I don't have money. Why make the app free if you're just going to try and charge people for it?
