Purchased value passes for 18 days @ RM3. Somehow, the purchased passes unable to reflect in app. So when I exit, being charged RM15/day. Very lousy app and the customer support won’t be available before 9am and after 6pm. But providing parking service for 24/7. Super not customer friendly.
I used the parking app. which in the app displayed rm9 flat rate. but when i exited the parking it charged me rm15. sent email to their support and no replies even after follow up from my side. overall bad experience and no one cares about you in customer service
Always faulty system. Claimed to be 24/7 customer service but no one on the line when problems happen. Shouldn’t deserve even 1 star.
