Snatch money from pedestrians and run away. The more money you get the bigger the bag grows. Beware though, it will also slow you down. Pedestrians get angry and they will chase you down. Do not get caught or else you will lose your money. Pedestrians once angry will chase you till the end and dive on you to catch you. Do not get caught and snatch all the money you can.
