- Find all your favorite modes of transport: public transport in Paris and Ile-de-France (IDFM network) and in 29 cities throughout France (metro, bus, streetcar, RER, Transilien SNCF, RATP), trains (TER, Intercités, TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique, TGV Lyria, Eurostar (ex-Thalys), DB SNCF...), coaches (Flixbus, Blablacar Bus) and carpooling (Blablacar).

Booking ticket not successful
Unknown reason, an error occurred so booking not accomplished. So had to do it on website.
Unsatisfied 😢
My credit card was paid through but I have an email saying there is technical problem. There is no confirmation email about the trip I just booked. Don’t know what to do next...
Make Life Easier
Feature in application is easy to access and ticket reservation. Moreover, after you pay for ticket cost, it’s easy to use it from QR code in application reduce your physical ticket from you home.

I love having the ability to purchase tickets on my mobile phone any where, any time . But it could be made easier if it were in English. Please make it happen.
Useful application
The application is very helpful. Sncf actually needs to works more efficiently for people from abroad, like tourist or whatever. Usually, the service from some staff (not all of them) is terrible, rude, not friendly. (Sometimes their arrogance towards tourist is a little bit obvious to me) If this rating was not meant just for the application, it wouldn't go as far as 3 stars. France and more particularly Paris will be much better, if transport services (which is quite important for tourist) is reliable.
