Terrible User Experience
I have just downloaded the app and I am frustrated with the user journey… I want to simply search for a sneaker and I can’t even do it on the app. Tell your developers to go back and draw the wireframe again - they got it totally wrong.
Annoying Graphics
The black and white graphics that appear when you open this app, for the first 3-5 seconds, annoy me that much that I end up closing the app again and not using it.
Terrible Service
I won a raffle 7 days ago and still have not received the shoes. I contacted SNS by email couple days ago and haven’t had a reply back I’ve tried calling their UK store and every time I call I get no one answer. How am I meant to get into contact with this company about the where about of my shoes I don’t even want the shoes anymore I want a refund.
