3-12-23 Sent an email to customer service regarding the issue,which has been an issue for years, regarding artic and the mg map where the guy behind the cargo container is stuck and ya cannot shoot him because he does not come out and you cannot move on to the other parts of this map til that one behind the cargo container is eliminated. Therefor lost kill chips, time runs out and basically you are outta luck with the potential to help advance your team even more in the ranks. Sancus replied to my report ( # 6562190) and suggested restarting , re booting. That has been done many times over the years and I still end up with the SAME RESULT as I told Sancus in my email. It is not on my end. It’s the map and the developers that need to address this issue!!! This right here…is another reason,outta many, that I did not renew my gold pass!!! This games lacks creating new maps, not fixing problems when brought to your attention and not giving my team the chips that were lost from this mg map.

Love the game but , I have noticed that I am paying f for the gold card perks and actually not Receiving any of the rewards or perks use caution when buying from the app

This app is a piece of CRAP! It has forced ads that last forever which also hijack you to other apps and pages. The ads last longer than the actual gameplay! Don’t waste your time!

Refused to resolve my issue after an in game purchase. The game has many bugs with bot players and hyperplayers that mini clip refuses to address. After purchases they may issue a refund but will not resolve the game debt issue. The game just starts you back at the beginning all progress lost or with a deficit of acquired gold points or cash.

not all them are rusty but the ones that cost money are rusty why fix that or else🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🗡🗡💣💣⚰️💀💀☠️😈😈 death
