The game is really great. However, it has a unnecessary extreme strict control over the user if and therefore doesn’t allow you to restart the game without contacting the support and more. You are saving user data and game statistics in your servers without user consent, based on the hardware, generating a unique user id that prevents users from initialising a new game whenever they want to. Uninstalling the game from the phone should at least remove it, but this doesn’t happen. This shouldn’t be done because you’re basically saving user data without consent.
