I really hope the owner of SNKRDUNK company can see this. You have THE most unfriendly seller interface among all the similar sneakers selling app.
1. No vacation mode; your customer service even told me to take down list one by one and list them back up when coming back from vacation. Is this some kind of joke?
2. No search box for listed listing, seller has to scroll down to find the listing, if you have more 30 items up there you will start questioning yourself WTF am I doing here.
3. Shipping time, your system literally go by “day” not “working days” in term of shipping time, how the hack I send out the item if it’s Sunday when FedEx is close?
It’s not rocket science to came up with a basic functional app when there are similar app already in the market to copy.
Cancel order without buyers permission due to the price is going up
It can’t guarantee the item will be shipped when the order is confirmed and cancel the order without buyer’s permission. It’s unfair transaction between buyers and sellers.
