SNKRX is an arcade shooter roguelite where you control a snake made of multiple heroes, with each one having their own attacks, passives and classes. Inspired by the auto-battler genre, each hero in the snake has a set of classes, and combining enough heroes of the same class together grants additional class bonuses. Heroes can also be upgraded to be more powerful when copies are bought from the shop.
== Gameplay ==
* Your snake can't stop moving, turn it left or right to steer
* Your heroes attack automatically when close to enemies
* Combine heroes of the same classes together to unlock unique class bonuses
* Clearing arenas grants gold, which can be used to hire heroes at the shop
* Buying enough copies of the same heroes levels them up, making them more powerful
== Features ==
* 40+ heroes, each with unique attacks and passives
* 12+ classes, each giving stat boosts and modifiers to your snake
* 40+ passive items, each giving strong global effects to your snake
* 25+ levels of increasing difficulty as the run progresses
* 15+ achievements
* Soundtrack by Kubbi

SNKRX FAQ
Is SNKRX free?
Yes, SNKRX is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is SNKRX legit?
✅ The SNKRX app appears to be high-quality and legitimate. Users are very satisfied.
I just received the notification from steam, I’ve beaten ng+5 and I was chasing the achievements.
So I’m glad to see the game here as a mobile version.
The game is excellent, very well thought and is a bit difficult too (well honestly some deaths feel like unfair but it’s a matter of time and tries I think).
There is some changes compared to the pc version. The last update isn’t there for now (I believe it’ll come soon).
Some things may seem worse, like the blue ennemies shooting as soon as they die, without the delay. I went to no+2 pretty easily, and honestly I kinda prefer them that way.
It seems a bit easier to see where they will shoot.
The controls are good. I find it smoother than on pc for that point.
Only little regret I have, is that the achievements aren’t there. But I believe it may come at some point.
I want to thank the dev for this wonderful concept and the game that came out of it.
You seem to be alone working so really, I’m impressed.
10/10 would rage and then come back again.

Good game
Best rebound game.
Doesn’t pull its punches
MAKE A BETTER SEQUEL AMN COME ON
WE NEED A SEQUEL WITH A LOT MORE. THIS GAME COUKD BE AS BIG AS VAMPIRE SURVIVORS IF YOU ACTUALLY ADDED CONTENT.
I love this game but …
Why does the snake size stop at 12 units (stops increasing after ng+5)
Staying power….
**update**
So, after buying this at launch…. I’ve played and played and played this one. I’m still only at level NG+5, but still…. Still have a hard time putting this one down some days.
Very few games on the AppStore have staying power.
For me, this is definitely one of them.
OG “review”::
There haven’t been too many ‘instant winners’ in my 11 or so years of iOS gaming, but THIS easily qualifies. Yes, the RNG setup can totally wreck your game. Yes, there are ways to minimize the chance of that happening. No, the RNG doesn’t make this game unfair. If anything, it kind of feels like Dead Cells in that regard. The different layouts you can wind up putting together can sometimes surprise you. And even when you feel you’ve got a build that is CRAZY overpowered, the game can still ro-sham-bo you in a heartbeat. I made it to level 91... was killing elites BEFORE the first wave of enemies could even spawn.... Then I made a mistake. And the game took advantage of that... and put me back in my place. To the dev: this is a MASTERPIECE! I have no doubt that scores of DLC modes could be done... dunno if you have plans to, but count me in for an insta-purchase if you ever do. If not... that’s cool too, as simple as this game is, it’s got quite a bit of meat on its bones. Thank you so much for porting it over to the iOS!!! Easy contender for GOTY.
Love this game but some issues I have noticed recently
I originally bought this game on steam some time ago and played it pretty heavily for some time. Enjoyed it so much I bought it for IOS and love playing it when I have time. Recently I noticed that when I close the game but leave it in the background it will freeze upon opening again. This requires me to close and open the game again. Couple things in game I noticed are the ouroboros items don’t seem to work whenever I pick them. The noticeable one is the projectile one as nothing ever shoots while spinning. Other than some small performance issues and minor graphical bugs the game runs great and the gameplay can be very addicting.
Best Action iOS Game
Vampire Survivors before Vampire Survivors, but deeper! How is everyone not playing this? I had to delete it to not play it constantly ;)
Controller support please!
I love this game and would love it if you added controller support
Fun and original.
This was a fun little game.
It has a novel play style. The closest thing it reminds me of is this old gameboy shoot’em up, or maybe Colloaitron.
It’s sort of a puzzle to find a good arrangement. I will say, the first time I beat level 25, I got to level 95. It does seem like some strategies are drastically better than others. That’s fine, of course, but I would hope there were at least a few distinct arrangements that are solid, and I’d be curious to know if anybody has a good strategy that does not involve the volcano.
But it is certainly more original that most games you see, and provided a fun and interesting game experience.
Suggestions:
1) fix bugs. There is a bug with a stuck text menu. I think it happens when you click on one of your owned allies, and then click on one from the shop. Then you get two, and the ally one never disappears until you click on another ally.
2) Maybe some progression. I like a bit or RPG in my games, and if I lose, I’d like to get something for my troubles. Maybe unlock towers or something, upgrade your starting money.. I don’t know, but it’s be nice to unlock some permanent buffs. A world map wouldn’t be bad either or a series of levels. Not a big deal though.
3) The way you level up what the shop provides is sort of clunky. You max it out pretty easily, with not much money, and then it makes it really hard to get one of the earlier allies. Not sure what would be better here, but maybe just make different cost refresh buttons that refill the shop with different tier allies.
4) The graphics are hard to read sometimes, especially in end game. Too much of the strategy is not being where the “X” is, and too much of that challenge is seeing the “X” under all of the particle effects. Especially the volcano.
5) I’d like a stats summary. The buffs all seem to stack, which is cool, but it takes some detective work to figure out exactly what you’ve got. You can have 3-4 separate enhancements improving a tower at once, and there’s no way to see the cumulative effect. A standard rpg 45(+15) sort of notation to see the base and augmented values would be cool.
Overall, it was a nice little surprise, and while pretty short, certainly worth the buck or two I paid. Looking forward to the update/sequel.
