SNOO

The Snoo itself is wonderful! But the app regularly disconnects from the Snoo itself and I have to reset the app multiple times just to be able to access it. It’s not I unusual to have to close or force close the app at least 3 times before it works.

Snoo is great! App is a literal piece of garbage. It ALWAYS has connection issues when I need it most.

App is great, simple and intuitive interface. My only complaint is not being able to edit the snoo recorded sleep periods

We have used the Snoo with both our children and it is a total lifesaver. However, the app is frustratingly slow to connect to the device and on multiple occasions has prevented us from manually adjusting the Snoo because it took so long to connect. This of course impacts our infants’ sleep. We get frequent error messages that there is no internet connection (there is very much an internet connection) and there is definitely room for improvement. Live and die by the Snoo itself, but the app is a big source of frustration.

Apparently the happiest baby app is better, but this Snoo app takes way too long to connect if you want to adjust the levels. It’s especially strange, since the sleep log view works fine and is immediately connected to the Snoo.

This is the worst and least reliable app on my phone. It and/or the Snoo device constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi, rendering it nearly useless.

requires username/password instead of just logging in with apple id. difficult to add spouse.

We love our Snoo and our baby sleeps great in it. Hiwever, we had persistent issues with this app from the get-go. It would not connect no matter what we did. We contacted support and tried everything to no avail. We then tried using the happiest baby app instead and it worked immediately. I strongly recommend switching to that app if you have connection issues.

Hello, Thanks for the great product and I really appreciate it. However regarding the white noise control, it would be nice if you can add the option of turning it off completely in the settings (just like the weaning option). I’m asking this because the white noise sometimes wakes up the baby once I enable it. Best regards, Abduwali

Broken app wifi connect process & broken device wifi. Do not buy. Customer support provides useless steps to reboot snoo device over and over and over to get it back on your wifi, works maybe 1 is 100 times. 100% garbage
