keep saying long press the power button.. for how long? because it keep on saying that, every time i put on the iPhone it says remove the phone and long press the power button, ill do that but its not doing anything , oh its doing one thing, it keeps on shaking badly. this is the atom 2 im talking about.. delete the app.. installed it agin.. still does the same thing… garbage

It’s decent app, but doesn’t support hardware zoom, it should be added

I have a Snoppa M1 and this app has always worked well with my iPhone 6s. I like that the developer keeps updating and fixing any small bugs, and adding new features when needed.

I just got my Kylin M 3axis stabilizer and it seem to look great and is made very well but the app which was very hard to find using the barcode they sent. Supposed to be a way to read the owners manual from it. But can’t seem to figure it out

Software is very stable and gimbal works well once one understands how to use it but... I'm having issues with panorama. I'm unclear whether it's related to whether the phone (iPhone 7) is mounted with the home button on the right or the left. If I mount it on the right, the panorama goes through the process of taking images but fails to save it. If I take the panorama with the phone mounted on the left (home button on the left side), it works but placing it into the cradle is much more difficult.

I would like to use this app, but I haven't received the Snoppa. The estimated shipment date should be on March, 2017. It is April now and there is no any reply from this company.

Hi! I can’t connect my device in app. Device is not found. But I can connect it by Bluetooth, but not in app. So I can’t make Calibration of my device. Please fix this problem.
