Apple deducted money from my account and the app vip features doesn’t work! Seriously I unsubscribed.i want my money back!

stopped working
the app stopped working after the update
Last update too much heat
When i open the app my phone gets hot like hell in 5 seconds I can’t even hold the phone because of the heat , until i close it completely! So sad when a good app goes down rather than improving
Unable to find all folders
I updated my Snow app last week and nw it doesn’t show me all the folders from wich i want to choose pics. Fr example, out of 10 folders in my gallery i see only 4. Rest aren’t visible in the app. How so i edit then

I really love this app but since i updated it whenever I make a video n pause in the middle the song starts from beginning instead of where it was supposed to start pls fix it I am also not able to delete my songs

The app is not supporting the Wi-Fi and mobile date plz fix it
Issue with filters
I made two filters just now and I cannot open them idk why??? I tap on them and they don’t even load. Likewise for other filters too for example I search cyber goth in the hot section and filters by cybergoth loads , then idk what happen I can’t even scroll down or use their filters, please solve this issue 😒🙏🏼
DO NOT DOWNLOAD (to new users)
It was a great app 3 days back. As of 20th June, it started closing by itself after clicking any button. It doesn’t take pictures anymore.
