Description

What is SNPE?

SNPE Correction Posture Spinal Exercise
What Is S.N.P.E.? It means Self Nature Posture Exercise, which means an exercise to recover human natural posture by himself.

Good posture is the basis of good health.

Due to incorrect posture, many people in today’s society are suffering from cervical disc, intervertebral disc, shoulder pain, headaches, indigestion, stunted growth, scoliosis, and other diseases whose causes are unknown. However, they are not aware of why these symptoms come about, and what daily posture or exercise would help prevent and alleviate these pains.

The SNPE Good Posture Exercise was invented to resolve just these problems. SNPE Good Posture Society is an organization that specializes in research and education for solutions to musculoskeletal illnesses, such as intervertebral disc, backaches, and neck- and shoulder-related pains.

More specifically, we aim to deliver SNPE Good Posture Spinal Restoration Exercises and general knowledge on spinal health to those who are suffering from musculoskeletal illnesses like backaches, intervertebral disc, cervical disc, and scoliosis, and body figure management.

Experience is the best teacher. To create the SNPE Good Posture Exercise, we have built on our actual experiences of helping many who were suffering from backaches, scoliosis, shoulder pains, headaches, indigestion, or obesity.

There are two types of Good Posture spinal restoration methods: spinal restoration by others (chiropractic, chuna manual therapy , etc.) and self-spinal restoration, both of which are very important.

However, in order to prevent spinal diseases and bring about fundamental solutions to spinal pain and posture restoration, regular self-exercise based on ergonomic (body structural) principles is more important than relying on others.

Listening to the stories of many, many people who suffered from spinal diseases and back pains, many resort to spinal correction procedures like acupuncture, moxibustion, chiropractic, and chuna manual therapy. At first, they experience improvements, but many have also experienced the pain coming back later. The reason is the lack of self-exercise. In contrast, we have witnessed over the years many cases in which many people, who had long suffered from chronic back pain and other musculoskeletal pains that were not alleviated by methods resorting on others, or those who were to receive a surgery for intervertebral disc, experienced less pain and return to normal without receiving a surgery.

With such experiences, we have come to accumulate know-hows on SNPE Good Posture Exercise therapy, and came to coin the name SNPE (Self Nature Posture Exercise)--that is, a self-exercise to restore human’s natural posture.

SNPE Good Posture Exercise requires time and effort--however, with your strong will, we are confident that SNPE Good Posture Exercise will help you in body figure management, obesity, intervertebral disc, backaches, and posture correction.

Hoping that spinal health management will give you a healthy life.
